Web Site Usability Consulting
How usable is your web site by your site visitors? Is the navigation structure confusing? Do visitors have a difficult time finding what they are looking for? Are there broken links or other aspects of your site that frustrate your users? There are millions of sites out there - if your visitors find your site unusable or frustrating, they will click away from your site and visit your competition.
This lost traffic is bad enough when your visitors originally came from organic (free) search engine results, but what if you have PAID for this traffic, via PayPerClick Campaigns, only to have these paid visitors leaving your site in disgust? In this situation, you have basically paid for a bad testimonial.
When you use our Web Site Usability consulting services, we methodically go through you site looking for possible problems and (if you have site traffic metrics) we can look to see the routes visitors have made through your site and why they might be "opting out of" (leaving) your site before converting.
It can be discouraging, for example, to find that there is a problem with your shopping cart software and you have been sending PPC traffic to this shopping cart - spending money on traffic, but not making a sale! The only thing worse than this happening, is for it to continue to happen without your knowledge.
